1. Acceptance
Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Purpose of the portal
Mon Chiot is a portal that showcases listings published by dog breeders across Québec and Ontario. Mon Chiot does not sell any puppy, does not process any payment, and takes no commission on an adoption. Any adoption agreement is concluded directly between the adopting family and the breeder.
3. No sale or reservation through the portal
No puppy can be reserved or purchased on this site. The availability, price and dates shown on a listing may change without notice; only a written agreement between the breeder and the adopting family is binding. Mon Chiot does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of listings published by breeders.
4. Mon Chiot's role toward breeders
Mon Chiot asks every breeder to confirm certain practices (health, socialization, documentation) before publishing their listings, but does not systematically visit every kennel and cannot guarantee a listed breeder's ongoing compliance. Report any questionable listing to info@monchiot.ca.
5. Information about the animals
Descriptions of breeds, temperaments and needs are general and do not replace veterinary advice. Every dog is an individual: the temperament observed in a puppy is not a guarantee of its adult behavior.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphic elements of this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

We strive to keep information current and accurate, without being able to guarantee it. We are not liable for any damage arising from the use of this site, an agreement made with a breeder, or the inability to access the site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Québec. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Québec.
